Susanna Mälkki starts her 2026 season in Montreux, where on September 15, she leads Les Siècles in Stravinsky’s The Rite of Spring, using the original score, and Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto with virtuoso violinist Alexandra Conunova.
On September 25 she returns to her beloved Musiikkitalo to conduct the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra in Lorin Maazel’s orchestral adaptation of Wagner’s Der Ring ohne Worte.
