Susanna Mälkki, conductor and honorary doctor of Uniarts Helsinki, will be honoured with the decoration of Commander of the Order of the Lion of Finland.
The decoration is a recognition of notable personal merits in pursuing the interests of the university and arts community. The ceremony will take place on December 6.
