This summer, Susanna Mälkki leads a multi-day masterclass course for Musiikin aika Time of Music in Viitasaari, Finland. Dates for the course take place July 2 through 9, with public concerts on the 8 & 9. The masterclass session is comprised of daily rehearsals with the participating ensemble, one-on-one sessions with Susanna Mälkki, lectures, and other public discussions.
